Innovation and Sustainability in Technical Labeling – AGD PRINT s. r. o.

On October 2, 2025, an online meeting of NCA members took place, during which the company AGD PRINT s. r. o. was introduced.
AGD PRINT – A member of the Czech Aerospace Cluster, this family-owned company from Zlín, with over 30 years of history, specialises in the production of technical labels and markings for the engineering, transportation, electronics, energy, and healthcare industries. The company continually innovates its processes to meet modern standards and sustainability principles.
The company produces labels made of aluminium, stainless steel, brass, polycarbonate, polyester, and other materials, using technologies such as screen printing, UV digital printing, engraving, etching, and laser marking. These methods can be combined according to customer requirements for product durability and resistance.
AGD PRINT supplies finished semi-products, including for the defence aerospace industry, and operates as a TIER 3 supplier, providing components to TIER 1 suppliers of companies such as Airbus or Bombardier. It has been a member of the Moravian Aerospace Cluster for two years and considers the membership highly beneficial, especially for developing cooperation with other members.
Currently, the company is developing special interior prints for jets for an Austrian customer, combining individualised design with an eco-friendly approach. As Mr Džavík Jr. stated, the company views sustainability from a practical perspective – it utilises existing technologies and seeks ways to maximise its efficiency and extend the material life cycle.
This approach led to the creation of a new brand, Belleder, which processes leather remnants from the automotive industry (e.g., for brands such as Rolls-Royce and Bentley). These remnants are not waste but valuable materials whose further processing extends their life cycle and reduces the ecological footprint. AGD PRINT considers this approach more meaningful than formal environmental measures such as paper straws, which do not bring long-term sustainability.
In the future, the company plans to expand its processing to other types of materials and help clients find innovative solutions for utilising remnants and secondary raw materials. The company’s goal is to offer high-quality products with added sustainability value that have a real, not merely symbolic, impact.
Why companies choose AGD PRINT: The company offers a broad technological base and the ability to combine various materials and processing techniques – for example, metal or stainless-steel labels together with plastic panels (e.g., a panel for a Swiss electric vehicle charger). Thanks to this technological flexibility, AGD PRINT can respond to individual customer needs and deliver high-precision, durable solutions.
Since certifications and modern technologies are financially demanding, many companies choose to cooperate with AGD PRINT, which already possesses the necessary certifications and experience. This enables them to obtain high-quality, certified products without incurring their own investment costs.
