Last year’s Cluster Day in the Pilsen Region, complemented by the brand-new Technology Village, welcomed 170 participants eager to discover innovative technologies developed by Czech companies. The event took place on 22 October 2025 at the inspiring TechTower venue in Pilsen and was supported by the Pilsen Region.

The Pilsen Region is one of the key industrial regions of the Czech Republic, with a long-standing tradition in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and the manufacturing of transport equipment. It is home to strong companies and research organisations focused on advanced technologies, automation, energy, and applied research.

At the same time, the region is positioning itself as a centre of innovation – connecting industry with academia, developing fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and materials engineering, and actively supporting collaboration through clusters. Thanks to this, it ranks among regions with high added value and strong export potential.

Supported in part by the Smart Accelerator project, the Pilsen Region is strengthening its ability to coordinate the development of its innovation ecosystem. This includes a strong focus on regional and international cooperation, improving links between business, academia, the public sector and civil society, and developing financial and support instruments, particularly for emerging innovative companies.
